Still awake.
Hours in bed are not hours of rest.
About one in three adults has symptoms of insomnia. Rest is measured in depth, not only in hours. American Academy of Sleep Medicine
Pills Knocked out is not the same as rested.
Rings and watches They score the night. They do not change it.
Masks and sleep apps One sense at a time, the same for everyone.
The body already knows how to rest. It needs the right environment.
How it works
22:30
It reads you. It learns you. It answers.
Wind-down Warm, low light. The bed begins to move at your resting pace.
Falling asleep The light fades out. Motion slows as your breathing slows.
Deep night Dark, cool and quiet. The bed comes to rest and keeps listening.
Morning Light rises before you do, and a gentle motion brings you up.

The Collection
One brain. A family of pieces.
A bed, a lounger, a hammock and a pod. Each moves in its own natural way, and all are run by the same system that learns you.
The science
Research we run ourselves.
Developed with Tel Aviv University and Prof. Yuval Nir's sleep lab, supported by the Israel Innovation Authority. What we learn in the lab goes straight into the system.
14 published studies on rhythmic motion, sleep and relaxation, synthesized in our own review. Innatra Review, Vol. I
16.7 → 10.1 minutes on average to reach stage 2 sleep: a night of gentle rocking compared with a still night. A published lab study by another research group, not a test of our products. Perrault et al., 2019 · n=18
Innatra products are wellness products, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
