Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website and the Innatra brand are operated by Supernova Sustainability Ltd. (company no. 517200176), 18 Raoul Wallenberg Street, Tel Aviv, Israel ("Innatra", "we"). We are the controller of the personal data described here. Privacy contact: privacy@innatra.com.

What we collect

Details you give us in our forms: name, email and phone, what brings you to us, and any message you write. If you take part in the study, we also collect, in the lab and only after you sign the informed consent form, your answers to questionnaires about your sleep and how you feel, and physiological signals (such as heart-rate and skin-conductance signals) recorded during the session. Study data is information of special sensitivity under the law. It is stored coded: the research record carries a code, not your name, and the key that links the two is kept separately with restricted access. When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes basic technical data (IP address, browser type) to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Is giving data required?

You are under no legal obligation to give us any data; giving it depends on your will and consent. Without name, email and phone we cannot register you for the study or schedule your session, and without an email we cannot reply to you.

How we use it

We use your data only to: (a) register you for the study, schedule and run your session, and contact you about it; (b) conduct relaxation and sleep research with Tel Aviv University, whose findings are published only in aggregate and without names; (c) reply to enquiries from partners, investors and the press; (d) send you product and launch updates, only if you asked for them; (e) operate, secure and improve the site. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising profiles.

Legal basis

We process your data with your consent (study participation, including your explicit consent for study data, and product updates), to take the steps you asked for (replying to you, scheduling), and for our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. You may withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing already carried out.

Who receives your data

Service providers process data on our behalf, under confidentiality and data-security obligations: Supabase (database), Vercel (website hosting, and visit and page-speed measurement without identifying you), Resend (sending email), Google (our email inbox) and Calendly (session booking). Study data stays with us. The research team at Tel Aviv University (Prof. Yuval Nir's lab) can access it in coded form, for the research only. Within our company, only people who need the data for these purposes can access it. We share it with no one else, except where the law requires.

Transfers abroad

Some of these providers store or process data outside Israel: our database is in the European Union (Ireland), and other providers operate mainly in the United States. We transfer data abroad in line with the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 2001, and only to providers that have undertaken in writing to protect it. By submitting a form, you agree to this transfer.

How long we keep it

Study registrants' contact details: up to 24 months after your last session or contact. Coded study data: for the period set in the approved research protocol, then deleted or fully anonymised. Updates list: until you unsubscribe. Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last correspondence. Technical logs: the hosting provider's standard periods, usually days to weeks. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits and measure page speed with Vercel's cookieless tools, which do not identify you or follow you across sites. Your browser may keep two small notes on your device: one so that we do not repeat the offer to view the site in English, and one if you choose to pause motion; neither holds personal information. Calendly, WhatsApp and Instagram, which we link to, are separate services with their own privacy policies.

Age

The site and the study are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data about minors; if you believe a minor has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

Security

We protect data with access controls, encryption in transit, coded storage of study data and restricted access to the code key, in line with the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 2017. No system is perfectly secure; if a serious security incident occurs, we will act as the law requires.

Your rights

You may ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to stop receiving updates, or to withdraw from the study. You can stop a session at any time and ask that your study data be removed, unless it has already been anonymised or included in published results. Write to privacy@innatra.com and we will reply within 30 days. Every update email has a one-click unsubscribe link. If our reply does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Privacy Protection Authority in Israel or, if you live in the EU, to your local data protection authority.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and material changes will be noted on this page.

Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Innatra is committed to giving everyone, including people with disabilities, an equal and accessible experience, and keeps improving the accessibility of this site.

Accessibility level

This site was built to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568 at Level AA, as required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and follows the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines. We last tested it on 15 October 2026 with automated tools (axe) and keyboard-only navigation, in Hebrew and in English, on desktop and phone sizes.

What we adjusted

A "skip to content" link at the top of each page; full keyboard navigation with a clearly visible focus ring; clear headings, landmarks and form labels, with error messages read out by screen readers; text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative video and 3D marked so screen readers skip them; text contrast of at least 4.5:1, raised further when your system asks for more contrast; correct right-to-left layout in Hebrew; a "Pause motion" button at the bottom of every page that stops all films and animations, and when your device is set to reduce motion, they stop on their own.

Known limitations

The guided tour is a visual story that moves as you scroll; all of its content also appears as text on the home page. Videos on the site have no sound and carry no information beyond the text beside them. The informed consent form (PDF) may not be fully accessible; we will gladly send it in an accessible format or go through it with you before the session.

The study lab

Study sessions take place at 18 Raoul Wallenberg St, Tel Aviv. The building has a step-free entrance, an elevator, an accessible restroom and accessible parking. If you need any adjustment to take part, tell us when you register and we will arrange it.

Accessibility contact

Found a barrier, or need any content in another format? Contact our accessibility coordinator, Guy Mazor, at 050-3057276 or accessibility@innatra.com, or by post at 18 Raoul Wallenberg St, Tel Aviv. We will reply within 5 business days. This statement was last updated on 18 October 2026.
